  Jeff Kritzer

Jeff was born on November 20, 1967, in Waterville, Minnesota. He was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 1997. Jeff began his practice with a small firm in Austin from 1997 to January 2001. He was then a Corporate Attorney for Hormel Foods Corporation for almost four years, before joining Baudler, Baudler, Maus & Blahnik in November 2004. In his previous practice in Austin, Jeff gained experience in business law, real estate, wills and trusts, construction, litigation, employment law, family law and personal injury. While at Hormel Foods, Jeff concentrated in the areas of domestic contracts, labor and employment, international contracts and international trade regulation. Jeff currently practices primarily in the areas of business law, real estate, wills and trusts, labor and employment, and litigation.

Jeff and his wife, Tammy, have two children and have lived in Austin since 1997. Jeff has been very active in community and volunteer activities. He is currently the First Vice President of the Riverland Community College Foundation, the Distribution Chair for the United Way of Mower County, and President-elect of Our Savior's Lutheran Church. Jeff also serves the City of Austin as a member of the Austin Police Civil Service Commission and the Austin Charter Commission, and he is a member of the Austin Noon Lions Club. He serves on the Government Affairs Committee of the Austin Area Chamber of Commerce, and he is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Austin Chamber.
