Thomas C. Baudler

Thomas, the son of Richard C. Baudler was born on April 6, 1959 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was admitted to practice law in 1987. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota, U.S. District Court District Courts of Minnesota, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

He practices primarily in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, family law and business law. He was an editor of the William Mitchell Law Review while in law school. Thomas and his wife Lisa are both lifelong residents of Austin. They have three children and are active in school and community affairs. Tom serves on the boards of the Salvation Army, Austin Cemetery Association, and Austin Utilities. Tom is a contributing editor for the "Torts and Insurance" Column of the Minnesota State Bar Association Bench and Bar.

Education B.A., St. Olaf College J.D., William Mitchell College of Law Member Mr. Baudler is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, where he served on the Board of Governors from 1991-1992. He is a current member and past president of the Mower and Fillmore County Bar Associations. He currently serves as an associate editor of the Minnesota State Bar Association's monthly publication Bench & Bar, writing for the "Torts and Insurance" section of Notes and Trends, a summary of development in law.
