Firm History

The firm name has meant quality legal service in Minnesota for over ninety years, and is well known for its work in civil litigation. Brothers Carl and Otto Baudler opened the law office in 1908. Otto's son, William J. Baudler, and Carl's son, Richard C. Baudler were the next generation to join the firm. The third generation of Baudlers to join the firm were William's Son, Bryan, who joined in 1964, and Thomas, Richard's son, who joined in 1987. The firm has grown to accommodate the needs of the region. The firm also maintains an office in Spring Valley, Minnesota. We strive to seek new means to effectively represent our clients. The firm now has eight attorneys who work in individual areas of practice in order to better meet the needs of its clients. Our team of lawyers continues to represent individuals, businesses, and municipalities through the often confusing and frustrating legal system. The firm practice includes: business law, personal injury, family law, criminal defense, estate planning and probate, real estate, agricultural law, workers compensation, bankruptcy, and municipal law and zoning.
