Although Mr. Kritzer did not join the firm until 2004, he has been practicing law since 1997. Mr. Kritzer is a former corporate attorney for Hormel Foods Corporation where he focused on employment and labor law, international law, contracts, and litigation. Mr. Kritzer was also a retail manager before attending law school. His experience provides him with a perspective and understanding which his business clients find especially valuable. Mr. Kritzer is also experienced in all aspects of municipal law, and he has been retained as counsel for numerous cities and townships in southeastern and south central Minnesota.
