Social Security Disability
A person who is disabled and unable to work is entitled to social security disability and/or SSI benefits. If your application for these benefits has been denied by the Social Security Administration, we can help you obtain those benefits by gathering and filing appropriate medical records to support your claim and representing you at a hearing before an administrative law judge. Before the hearing, we will meet with you and review the following:
- How the hearing will proceed
- What questions the administrative law judge may ask you at the hearing
- How the social security laws affect your claim
- Our social security disability/SSI attorneys offer a free initial consultation and you will owe no attorney’s fees unless we recover benefits for you.
